GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

By this purchase on line you accept the following general terms of sale.

1 - PRODUCTS

All the products with their respective prices in Euro have been described and offered as true and precise as possible. We are not liable for any mistake should occur in the web site.

2 - PURCHASE ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You can send an order by using the above-mentioned application form that binds you to by one or more products you chose and to accept the following general terms of sale. You purchase order will be valid only if you receive our acknowledge receipt by e-mail including the terms of payment.
This one must be issued only by bank transfer in advance. Moreover, you will be keep informed about the possible unavailability of the product and in case of delay in its delivery if we can plan it.

3 - DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

The order will be delivered with 30 days from the receipt of the payment (issued only by bank transfer in advance). The terms of delivery are approximate therefore we are not liable for any possible damage caused by a late delivery. The packing of the product is free.

Freight charges within the European community amount to 15 euro for purchase orders of 199 euro and 10 euro for purchase orders between 200 and 300 euro. They are free if you order is above 400 euro.

4 - GUARANTEE

Please not that our products are defective under this guarantee in case of faulty. Since we try our utmost to satisfy your needs we guarantee the product replacement due to the size. You must reach us to the e-mail address info@valtsro.com within 7 days from the receipt of the goods.

5 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AND GOODS RETURN

In order to make use of this right, you must inform us about what you intend to do through the e-mail address info@valtsro.com within 7 day from the receipt of the goods. With 5 working days from the above-mentioned communication you must return the goods without damage and in the original packing to the following address:

Together with the goods you must enclose all the fiscal documents and a covering letter specifying your bank account.
The freight is at your expense and you will be the only one liable for it. The irregular shipment will be returned to the sender anyway. In case of with drawl from the purchase, we will attend to refund you the paid amount excluded the freight within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
